1. Definitions.

2. General.
These Terms and Conditions constitute an Agreement between Sbmeasi.com and the End User. By using this Site, the End User agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. It is acknowledged that sometimes there are interruptions in the internet service or events that are beyond the control of Sbmeasi.com and we shall not be responsible for any data lost while transmitting information on the Internet. Sbmeasi.com reserves the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Services without prior notification.
3. End User Conduct.
Our Site as well as all Sites referred to in our Site either through hyperlinks or through written referral (the “Microsites”) are private property. All End Users shall comply with these Terms and Conditions and restrict any and all activity in connection with the use of this Site and the Microsites to that which involves lawful purposes only. The foregoing provisions of this Section 3 apply equally to and are for the benefit of Sbmeasi.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.
4. Intellectual Property Rights.
All intellectual property on or in this Site, including the Microsites, is the exclusive property of Sbmeasi.com or used with express permission of the owner of the intellectual property. Any infringement of the said intellectual property rights shall be strictly prohibited. In case of any violation of the intellectual property rights, Sbmeasi.com expressly reserves the right to take legal action.
End User acknowledges that no ownership rights are being transferred by downloading copyrighted material. Trademarks that are located within or on the Site or a Web site otherwise owned or operated in conjunction with Sbmeasi.com shall not be deemed to be in the public domain but rather the exclusive property of Sbmeasi.com, unless such site is under license from the Trademark owner thereof in which case such license is for the exclusive benefit and use of sbmeasi.com, unless otherwise stated.
End User may only upload, post or otherwise make available on this Site such intellectual property which he/she/it is expressly permitted to use by the owner of the intellectual property right. It is the sole liability of End User not to infringe any intellectual property rights or any other infringement resulting from such a submission. End User warrants that the owner of such submitted material has expressly granted Sbmeasi.com the royalty-free, permanent, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, replicate, change, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material. The above holds valid for and is for the benefit of Sbmeasi.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors. Each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.
End User hereby agrees to grant to Sbmeasi.com a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display all communications posted on or through this Site, alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology, and to sublicense such rights through multiple tiers of sublicensees.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty, Limitation of Liability.
End User expressly agrees to and acknowledges that using this Site is at End User’s sole risk. Sbmeasi.com, its affiliates, the respective employees, agents, third party content providers and/or licensors do not warrant any results that may be obtained from using this Site nor the accuracy, reliability and/or content of any information, service or merchandise provided through this Site or the Microsites. Sbmeasi.com makes this site and the Microsites available on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by the applicable law. Sbmeasi.com disclaims the liability for any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, for any cause of action. 8. Termination.
Sbmeasi.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. The provisions of Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 will survive termination of this Agreement.
9. Trademarks.
Sbmeasi.com is a trademark of SBm Easi Trade. All rights in respect of this trademark are hereby expressly reserved. All other trademarks appearing on the Site of Sbmeasi.com are the property of their respective owners, unless otherwise indicated.
10. Third Party Content.
Any third party who expresses or makes available opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content are those of the respective author(s) and/or distributor(s) and not of sbmeasi.com. sbmeasi.com merely distributes (and does not a publish) such content supplied by third parties and End Users. Accordingly, sbmeasi.com has no editorial control. Neither sbmeasi.com nor any third-party provider of information guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content, nor its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

Unless you have executed a written agreement with Sbmeasi.com expressly permitting you to do so, you may not provide a hyperlink to the Site from any other website. Sbmeasi.com reserves the right to revoke its consent to any link at any time in its sole discretion.
11. Miscellaneous.
These terms and conditions and this Agreement and any operating rules for Sbmeasi.com established by SBM Easi Trade constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions contained in this Agreement and the remaining portions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
SBM Easi Trade is a company duly established under the laws of Singapore. This Agreement (and these terms and conditions) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore. All legal issues arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site as well as the Microsites, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally and resolved by the courts in Singapore and shall be exclusively governed by the laws of Singapore.
TERMS OF SALE
By pressing the “Buy” button the End User places an Order which constitutes an offer to sbmeasi.com to purchase the goods the End User selected on the terms and conditions stated below. It is in the sole discretion of sbmeasi.com to accept this offer. For more information, please view the Privacy Policy. End User is required to create an account in order to purchase any product.
Once the purchase is complete and the minimum purchase requirement is met, sbmeasi.com will send an email (for digital product) or send by physical goods by agreed shipping service to the End User
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Purchase goods may only be refunded within 7 business days of the purchase date of the respective voucher based on a case to case basis. Please contact customer service team that will decide about the issue at its discretion. Refunds may only be awarded as store credits. These store credits are valid for one year from the date of the award of the store credits and unused store credit expire thereafter
